Thank you for your purchase of one of our fine homes! We know this is a very exciting time for you. It is our goal to make this as stress free as possible for you; we are giving you this information to help you communicate and co-ordinate your new home.

Within a couple of weeks (or longer depending on your closing date), you will receive a call from our office to set up an appointment to make your colour and design selections. ALL decisions made at this time MUST BE FINAL. Any change requested after that meeting will be subject to a $350.00 service charge.

Approximately 4-6 weeks before closing, you should contact the following companies to set up your new account. Please notify them of your move in date so that their records can reflect the change in ownership.


London Hydro

Reliance Home Comfort

Call 1-866-937-1477 (Hot Water Tank)

Canada Post

Call 886-4660 to obtain a mailbox and arrange for mail delivery and to obtain a postal code. Web: www.canadapost.ca.

City of London
Union Gas

Call 1-888-774-3111 to set up an account for natural gas.

Rogers Cable

Call 1-866-293-8199 to set up an account for Cable TV, Internet and Wireless.

Shortly before closing, Wilson or a Customer Service Representative will call you and set up a preclosing inspection of your new home. At this time, the mechanical features and items in your new home will be explained.

On the day of closing KEYS for your new home can be picked up at your Lawyer's office only after closing. Unfortunately, due to legalities we are prohibited from releasing keys any earlier or allowing even partial move-ins. Should you desire an earlier closing time please arrange this through your lawyer.
