Due to ongoing labor shortages and supply chain issues facing our industry, Sunlight Heritage Homes has limited the number of homes that will be sold.
At this point all of our neighborhoods will only have homes for sale that are move in ready. This controlled sales approach will ensure that our homes are constructed in a timely manner and mitigate price volatility, so we can deliver a positive home buying experience to all our home buyers.
